Headquartered in Birmingham, Red Spot Coaching exists to assist clients facing redundancy or career issues. Professional training in coaching builds on our many years of business experience, as well as personal experience of redundancy, job hunting and career change.

Iwan Thomas is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has experience of recruiting on behalf of employers. He also acts as a volunteer mentor through the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.

Our commitment to professional standards has led us to be members of the International Coach Federation, and we subscribe to their Code of Ethics.
